All Sparky Neon products are covered under a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty includes defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage conditions.
To request a warranty claim, email hello@sparkyneon.in with your order number and a description (with photos/videos) of the issue. Our support team will assess and guide you through the resolution.
If your product qualifies under warranty, we will either repair or replace it at no additional cost. In some cases, a partial or full refund may be provided depending on the situation.
Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
